Simple, Stress-Free Returns

We want you to be absolutely in love with your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your package is delivered.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@vioraivy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our local inspection center. Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer abroad.

  3. Prepare the Package: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.

  4. Ship It Back: Securely package the item and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

  5. Get Your Refund: Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received, we will issue you a store credit to purchase your new favorite piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your jewelry arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
