Where does my jewelry ship from?
To provide you with the most curated collections and the latest designs, we ship our pieces directly from our specialized international manufacturing studios. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to offer high-end craftsmanship without the traditional luxury markup.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that as each piece undergoes a final quality inspection before leaving the studio, processing usually takes an additional 2–3 business days.
Why is my order coming from overseas?
We partner with master artisans globally who specialize in the precision required for fine jewelry and stone setting. Shipping directly from the source ensures you receive a brand-new, untouched piece while reducing the carbon footprint associated with multiple warehouse transfers.
Will I be able to track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow your jewelry’s journey from the studio right to your doorstep through our integrated tracking portal.
What if I ordered multiple items?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, pieces from different collections may occasionally ship in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost to you.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For most major regions, we strive to use shipping methods that minimize or eliminate additional fees. However, please note that any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient as per your country's regulations.
